1. How do I place an order?
Just choose the products you want to buy, and then send us your details directly.
2. What is the minimal order quantity?
Normally, the MOQ is 5000 pieces / item (including 4 assorted colors), 
but we can adjust the quantity as per your actual requirements when ordering.
3. What size or capacity can be available?
Whatever the size or capacity you want, we can meet your requirements accordingly.
4. What kind of quality do you supply?
International A+B Grade according to ceramic products standard.
5. What kind of materials do you use?
Stoneware, Porcelain, Ceramic, Dolomite or New bone china
6. Can u do OEM products?
Yes. We can supply you with your designed products according to your artworks.
7. What is your delivery time, price terms or terms of payment?
Normally, we will need 45 days for production on receipt of your 30% deposit by T/T, based on FOB Shenzhen, and 70% balance payment against the fax of the original shipping doc. including B/L, packing list, commercial invoice or other your required doc. However, to some special conditions, price terms by CFR, CIF, etc are available.
8. Can I revise your design, color, capacity or shape?
Our R&D department can revise as per your request, including design, color, capacity and shape. Moreover, you are welcome to submit your suggestions to us.
9. Do you have your own designed products?
Yes, we have a team of experienced designers to research and develop our own original products.
10. Is it possible for you to send me samples by free?
Normally, we don’t supply u with samples by free, but we will refund you the samples charges once order confirmed with us. (For some special conditions, we will decide what we do next as per your actual conditions.)
11. What kind of process you have adopted to your designs?
For the designs, we use two different process, one is hand-painted or hand-writing (silk-screen printing), the other is decal (decor)
12. If ordering only spoons, can you supply?
Yes, we can supply you with only spoons.
13. What about the price about your products?
We make you assure that both our products quality and service deserves your pay.
14. How long can you keep your price valid?
Normally about 3 months, but the exact price you should be informed by salesdeptchina@gmail.com
15. What kind of package you provide?
We can provide you various package according to your requirements, including brown box(bulk packing), gift box, color box with pvc cover (window box), pvc packing, color box with metal stand, or mail order box,etc.
16. How many you can load in 1*20GP, 1*40GP, 1*40HQ?
28CBM / 20GP, 58CBM / 40GP, 68CBM / 40HQ. Different package, the quantity will be different per container.
17. How many items I can order per 1*20GP?
Normally, at most 4 items are acceptable per 20GP.

I found your site on the internet. I am in the Chicago area & looking to purchase a small amount, approx. 100, of the stonewear tall coffee mugs.
